Giving is not just about making a donation. It is about making difference. Our little ones are our future. We need to pay attention to our little ones. Today society always spend their time with electronic devices. Especially school children always spent their time with mobile phones. Most of the time students are reluctant to spend time with books. Because of that lions of lions club of Alubomulla decided to donate library books to selected schools. As the second step they have donated nearly 1000 books to the Sri SUmangala Girls School Panadura. With the help of PDG Rohantha de Fonseka they got library books from overseas.. And with the help of fellow lions they have select the books that are suitable for the school libraries. After finalizing it with the participation of 6 lions they visited the school and donated the books as the second phase of Raising a Reader Project
