The project, spearheaded by the Lions Club of Baddegama, involved the planting of 50 different medicinal plants.
District 306 A2 Governor and Cabinet Officers, alongside their Malaysian and Pilipinas counterparts, participated in the event.
The initiative aims to educate students about the healing properties of various herbs, fostering an understanding of traditional medicine.
The herbal garden will serve as a valuable learning resource for the students, providing hands-on experience with plant identification and application.
