Under the Foster Parenting Program, the Lions Club of Piliyandala deposited LKR 720,000 into a dedicated bank account to provide monthly financial support of LKR 2,000 to selected 20 students. This fund is designed to sustain student assistance for a total of 360 months. The objective of this initiative is to ease the financial burden on families, encourage consistent school attendance, and support the overall well-being and academic progress of the students. By ensuring a steady monthly allowance, the program aims to create a lasting impact on the lives of these children and their educational journey.
