Bonavista Elders Home, Unawatuna, Galle
On April 28th, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, the Galle Legends Lions Club, in collaboration with the Galle YMBA, organized a heartfelt musical program at the Bonavista Elders Home in Unawatuna, Galle, for senior citizens and individuals with special needs. Around 32 Lions members participated, including Cabinet Officers Lion Wipul Jayarathne, Lion Ranjith Jayathilake, Lion Uditha Malawaarachchi, Lion Methsiri De Silva, Lion Sagarika Jayarathne, Lion Thushantha Nanayakkara, Lion Roshan Kamal Priyankara, Lion Upul Chandrasekara, and Lion Jayanthi Haputhanthri. Over 150 participants, including residents and YMBA board members, enjoyed the event filled with joy and entertainment. The club also donated Rs. 15,000 for sound equipment and provided milk packets, cake, and bananas. The service was highly appreciated by all contributors and attendees.
