We recently organized a special event at Bellanthudawa Temple, where eye checkups were carried out and spectacles were donated to 104 villagers who needed help with their vision. Many of them had difficulties seeing clearly and couldn’t afford proper glasses.
With the support of kind volunteers and professionals, we were able to check their eyes and provide the right spectacles to suit their needs. This helped improve their daily lives—making it easier to read, work, and move around with confidence.
It was a meaningful day full of care, kindness, and community spirit. Helping others in this way brought smiles to many faces and reminded us how small acts can make a big difference.
