A structured initiative is being implemented to enhance leadership skills and academic excellence for 400 students at Baddegama Christ Church Boys' School. Various motivational strategies help students overcome self-doubt, build confidence, and develop leadership and teamwork. Competitions and interactive sessions educate them on handling success and failure effectively. A skilled trainer was engaged to execute these programs efficiently. The principal and academic staff play a key role in guiding students while fostering the values of the Lions Club. To support this initiative, the Legends Lions Club has contributed LKR 26,000 for refreshments, ensuring a positive learning environment.
