Suraliya Sewana Center for Women with Special Needs
The event was organized to support women with special needs at Suraliya Sewana Care Center on Christmas Eve. It aimed to provide a festive dinner, foster a sense of community, and equip the women with the materials and resources needed to explore self-employment opportunities. The event sought to bring joy and empowerment to the women, focusing on both immediate celebration and long-term support.
A festive dinner was donated and served to all women at the care center, including staff members (30) who assisted in organizing the event.
The atmosphere was enhanced with music, and The staff engaged in light-hearted conversations, creating a family-like environment and making the event special for all the attendees.
Lion Lakma, Lion Kusal, Lion Uditha, Lion Vipul, Lion Sagarika, Lion Thanushi, Lion Irushi participated in this event
