Childhood Cancer

Lions Club - Galle Galupura Central (District 306 A2), deliver this project annually. This is one of our signature projects. Lunch for 275 residential patients including the children's cancer ward was covered on this project. Our main focus was to give a nutritious meal to support their treatment. This is an annual project and was fully funded by Lion Ruwan Chandana. Lion members joined serving the meal to the patients with ten hospital staff.

306 A2 District Governor Lion Prasad Gamage PMJF MAF was the chief guest for the in Munhena school grade 5 scholarship seminar organized by Lions Club of Gonapola Member Lion Jagath Priyantha in association with "Mawbima" newspaper (a national newspaper) and 150 children participated in the seminar. Question papers and files and gifts were also given to the children.
