Move & Groove With Lion Anju

Lion Anju Pathirana, the past secretary of the Lions Club of Matara Elegance and a Zumba and fitness instructor, conducted a beginner-level Zumba fitness and cardio session via the Zoom platform for all Lions members of District 306 A2. Along with the energetic Zumba workout, she also led an awareness program on fitness, highlighting the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The session, which lasted one hour on Learning Tuesday, provided valuable fitness insights and an opportunity for members to engage in a fun and effective cardio workout.
