සිංහධිපති සිංහ නීතීඥ නුවන් ඉඳුනිල් බැල්ලන්තුඩාව
වෑතර කණිෂ්ඨ විද්‍යාලයෙන් ප්‍රාථමික අධ්‍යාපනය ද පිළියන්දල මධ්‍ය විද්‍යාලයෙන් ද්වීතියක අධ්‍යාපනය ද ලැබු ඔහු කොළඹ විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයේ දේශපාලන විද්‍යා විශේෂවේදි උපාධිය ලැබු සී.ඩබ්ලිවු.ඩබ්ලිවු. කන්නන්ගර ශ්‍රීමතණන්ගේ නිදහස් අධ්‍යාපනයේ දරුවෙකි. ඕස්ට්‍රේලියාවේ ග්‍රිෆිත් විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයේ වාණිජ්‍යවේදි පශ්චාත් උපාධියත් ජාත්‍යන්තර සංක්‍රමණ නීතිය පිළිබඳව පශ්චාත් උපාධි ඩිප්ලෝමාවක් සම්පූර්ණ කර ඇත. ඔහු ඕස්ට්‍රේලියාවේ සහ නවසීලන්ත රජයේ ලියාපදිංචි වරලත් සංක්‍රමණ නීතී උපදේශකයකු සහ ශ්‍රි ලංකාවේ ශ්‍රේෂ්ඨාධිකරණ නීතිඥයකු වශයෙන් කටයුතු කරයි.
2014-2015 වසරේදි මිරිස්වත්ත පිළියන්දල සිංහ සමාජයේ වරලත් සභාපතිවරයා ලෙස සිංහ සේවයට පිවිසෙන ඔහු 2016-2017 ප්‍රාදේශීය සම්බන්ධිකාරකවරයකු ලෙස ද කලාපීය සභාපති, ප්‍රාදේශිය සභාපති, කැබිනට් භාන්ඩාගාරික, කැබිනට් ලේකම් ලෙස කටයුතු කර 2021-2022 වසර සඳහා සිංහයන්ගේ චන්දයෙන් දෙවන උපසිංහාධිපතිධූරයට පත් විය. 2022-2023 වසරේදි පළමු උපසිංහාධිපති ලෙසත් සිංහයන්ගේ චන්දයෙන් තේරි පත්වෙන ලදි.
මීට අමතරව සිංහ නුවන් බැල්ලන්තුඩාව සිංහ තරුණ පුනරුත්තාපන භාරය සහ විශේෂිත අවශ්‍යතා සහිත දරුවන් සඳහා වන කැමිලා භාරයේ භාන්ඩාගාරික ලෙස ද කටයුතු කර ඇත.
සිංහ දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ පරිසර ප්‍රතිඥාව සහ ලාංචනය හඳුන්වාදීම, සමාජිකත්වය සැලසුම් කිරිම සඳහා DMS විශ්ලේශණය හඳුන්වාදීම ,නායකත්ව පුහුණු ආයතන ව්‍යාවස්ථාපිතව ස්ථාපනය කිරිම, තොරතුරු දැන ගැනිමේ අයිතිය ව්‍යවස්ථාපිත කිරිම, මුල්‍ය කමිටුව කැඳවීම ව්‍යවස්ථාපිත කිරිම සහ තරුණ පුනරුත්ථාපන භාරය සතුව තිබු කැමිලා භූමිය කැමිලා භාරය වෙත ලබාදීමට නීතීමය කටයුතු යෙදීම ඔහු සිංහ දිස්ත්‍රික්කයට ලබාදුන් වැදගත් දායකත්වයන් වෙයි.

බහුමණ්ඩලය තුල 2017-2018 වසරේ මහජන ප්‍රතිරූපය නැංවීම සඳහා විශිෂ්ඨතම ව්‍යාපෘතිය සහ 2018-2019 වසරේදි හොඳම පරිසර ව්‍යාපෘතිය අනුශූරතාව දිනා ගන්නා ලදි.
සිංහ සමාජ සභාපති, කලාපීය සභාපති සහ ප්‍රාදේශීය සභාපති ලෙස 100% ය සම්මානය දිනා ඇති ඔහු කොළඹ ව්‍යාපාරික කවය සිංහ සමාජය, පිළියන්දල සෙන්ට්‍රල් සිංහ සමාජයේ සහ පිළියන්දල සෙන්ට්‍රල් ලියෝ සමාජයේ නිර්මාතෘවරයා වෙයි. ලියෝ දිස්ත්‍රික්කය තුල`Most Supportive Lion , Top ten Most supportive ඇගයීමද Best Leo Adviser අනුශුරතාව දෙවරක් ද දිනාගෙන ඇත.

සිංහ කාන්තා පියුමි විතානගේ
2014-2015 වසරෙදි වරලත් සිංහයකු ලෙස මිරිස්වත්ත පිළියන්දල සිංහ සමජයෙන් සිංහ දර්ශනයට පිවිසි ඇය , මහනුවර මහමායා විද්‍යාලයෙන් අධ්‍යාපනය හැදැරු ඇය කොළඹ විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයේ නීතී පිඨයෙන් නීතිය පිළිබඳව උපාධිය ලබා 2008 වසරේ සිට ශ්‍රේෂ්ඨාධිකරණ නීතිඥයවරියක ලෙස කටයුතු කරයි. ශ්‍රි ලංකා ගුවන් හමුදාවේ බලපන්ති ලුතිනන් වරියක කටයුතු කල ඇය දැනට යුරේකා ඕස්ට්‍රේලියන් එඩුකේෂන් කන්ස්ලටන්ට්ස් ආයතනයේ ප්‍රධාන ශිෂ්‍ය විසා උපදේශක ලෙස කටයුතු කරයි. සිංහාධිපතිතුමාගේ ආදරණිය දියණිය දහම්දී යශෝධරා යි.
District Governor Lion Nuwan Ballantudawa MJF , MAF
He prides himself as a child of free education of this country thanked to veteran leader Dr.C.W.W Kannangara . He received his primary education at Wetara Kanitu Viduhala and secondary education at Wetara Maha Vidyalaya and Central College, Piliyandala. He graduated with Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) specialized in Political Science from University of Colombo. He was admitted to the bar as an attorney at law in 2005 after his legal education at Sri Lanka Law College. He is also a holder of Master of Commerce and Graduate Diploma in International Migration Law received from Griffith University ,Australia.
His journey of lionism began as the charter president of Lions Club of Miriswatta -Piliyandala. He was first invited to the District cabinet as a District Program Coordinator in 2016-2017 lionistic year and later he held the positions of Zone Chairperson, Region chairperson, District cabinet treasurer and District cabinet Secretary. He was elected to the position of 2nd District Vice Governor for year 2021-2022 and to the position of 1st Vice district governor in 2022-2023.
In addition, he has performed as the treasurer of Lions Youth Rehabilitation and Education Trust and the Camilla Trust for the children with special needs.
He has won the 100% appreciation award in his tenure of club president, Zone chairperson and region person. He received the awards for Best Zone chairperson, Most outstanding contribution for DG’s theme and best financial administration in respective years. He was recognized as the Most supportive lion, Top ten most supportive lion and best Leo adviser twice by the Leo District. The environment project organized by him was awarded the Best Public image building project and best runner up project in Environment sector in 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 respectively in the Multiple District 306A2.
He introduced the environment pledge to the district. He was instrumental in constitutionalizing the District Lions Leadership Institute. He was the proposer for constitutional amendments that establish the right to information in our district with regard to the financial matters. Further he has contributed at the professional level to transfer the land where the Camilla School is now today to the Camilla Trust from Youth Trust after several years.
He was the extension chairperson for Lions Club of Piliyandala Central New Century and Leo Club of Piliyandala Central.
His vision on lionism is based on five principles.
- Administration is equally important as service
- All decisions and appreciations should be made objectively without no bias to other factors.
- Service should be aimed at empowering people.
- Lionisom should be a brand name for leadership empowerment.
- Transparent, accountable and responsible leadership based on trusteeship
Lion Lady Piumi Ballantudawa
She received her school education at Mahamaya Girls School, Kandy and graduated in Bachelor of Law from University of Colombo. She was admitted to the bar as an attorney at law in 2008. She used to worked as a Flight Lefinent in the legal division of Sri Lanka air force. Presently she is the head of Student Visa department of Eureka Australian Education Consultants.
Lion Nuwan and Piumi are blessed with a little daughter “Dhahamdhi Yashodara “.
